El Patio
When: January 18, 2009 (6-9pm)
Cost: Bring a few bucks for food or dessert.
Come join us at “El Patio” (that’s Spanish for “the patio”!) for a night of fun, games, and relaxation. We will be at the patio between Starbucks and Panda Express by the Cypress Costco (at Walker & Katella). Bring your board games, musical instruments, coloring books, Rubix cubes, or anything else fun you can think of (just no iPods, please… we want to interact with each other). El Patio te ama!
Hockey Night
When: Friday, January 9, 2009
Cost: $25 Full Event -OR- $5 for just knee hockey & dinner (no ducks game)
Come cheer on (or boo) the mighty Anaheim Ducks along with Converge Jr. High, and show off your own “knee hockey” skills before the game! Meet at the church at 4:00 pm for knee hockey and dinner, and we will leave for the game at 6:00. We will be back to KACC by 10:00 pm. The cost is $25 and includes dinner, transportation, and your ticket. 20 spots for the game are available. If you want to come just for knee hockey and dinner, the cost is $5 and you must be picked up from the church by 6:00. Go Ducks!
Winter Camp 2009: Taste & See
When: February 20-22, 2009
Cost: $99 early bird by January 11; $119 Regular - Scholarships Available.
This winter camp, we are making no promises to entertain you with crazy activities, impress you with elaborate stage design, or rattle your eardrums with high decibel levels. We are setting this weekend aside to get away from distractions, simplify, and experience God in a new way. More than just hearing about God, we want you to taste and see Him (Psalm 34:8). We have 40 spots. Don’t miss it.
